URGENT!  The Nutley Mayor and Commissioners are attempting to seize by eminent domain portions of the ON3 campus in Nutley.   Nutley just passed one of the highest percent increases in local taxes in the entire state, and also has 1,000 unemployed residents.  This eminent domain serves no public purpose and will cost tens of millions of your taxpayer dollars and if you think taxes are high now, can you imagine how high they will go paying for this?   This will kill jobs, cost you money, and given that the last time Nutley took property by eminent domain (Ciccolini property), they let the roof collapse, do we really want the township playing developer?  In a town where the middle schoolers are learning in trailers, should the your tax dollars be going to take property?   The ON3 project has exceeded everyone's expectations and now the town is trying to interfere with this continued success by taking property using taxpayer money.    Please Click Here to send the Mayor and Commissioners a stern NO to eminent domain, and YES to letting ON3 finish the job at the campus.  Thank you.
