Your support helped ON3 clear a major milestone: in July 2025, Clifton and Nutley approved the next phase of ON3's build-out — new housing, retail, R&D, and hospitality that will keep the "Live" in Live/Work/Play. Ten years after Prism Capital Partners acquired the former Hoffmann-La Roche campus, ON3's existing buildings are fully leased, the campus has contributed more than $50 million in local property taxes, and the next phase is moving from approvals into construction. The ON3 campus will consist of many features unique to the site and the region. A wide main thoroughfare will boast full-growth trees, a planted median, bicycle lanes and lush roundabouts.
