ON3 has reached a major milestone: in July 2025, Clifton and Nutley approved the next phase of ON3’s build-out — new housing, retail, R&D, and hospitality. Ten years after Prism Capital Partners acquired the former Hoffmann-La Roche campus, ON3’s existing buildings are fully leased, and the campus has contributed more than $50 million in local property taxes.

    Thank you for your continued partnership and support of the ON3 Project. In July 2025, Clifton and Nutley approved the next phase of ON3's build-out, and today ON3's existing buildings are fully leased, with the campus having contributed more than $50 million in local property taxes since Prism Capital Partners acquired the former Hoffmann-La Roche campus in 2016.
