With master planning underway that spans the Township of Nutley and the City of Clifton, ON3 represents New Jersey's largest contemplated redevelopment. Prism Capital Partners' ambitious initiative hopes to transform the former Hoffmann-LaRoche campus that had gone dark into a multi-tenant, next-generation lifestyle hub.
