NUTLEY —

Prism Capital Partners, the developer of the 116-acre former Roche campus on the Nutley / Clifton border now calls the Township of Nutley home. The company, formerly based in Bloomfield, moved the last of their offices to the 13th floor of the International Style tower on the On3 campus Monday Nov. 25.

According to Gene Diaz, principal of Prism, the vision for On3 is a world-class mixed use campus with office, research, residential, education, and hospitality features. "Walkability" within the campus, as well as what is being called "new urbanist" are the key terms in Diaz's vision.

ON3 is already New Jersey’s largest contemplated redevelopment. The campus houses the new Hackensack-Meridian School of Medicine at Seton Hall University, and Seton Hall University’s Graduate College of Nursing and School of Health and Medical Sciences.  In 2017, biofabrication company Modern Meadow moved into its 73,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art laboratory. And in recent months, Ralph Lauren Corporation moved into an entire building on campus. The iconic American lifestyle brand will remain headquartered in NYC but moved its New Jersey hub to 100 Metro Boulevard.
